Astrology has been used as a source of information for

universal Elements: Earth, Air, Fire or Water. These four universal elements
provide the framework for the signs within their own class. For instance, a
person whose sign is governed by the element of Water may have an overwhelming
draw toward the water (oceans, pools, lakes), or may actually love to be in the
water.
