There are three MAIN physiological human body types:

  1. Ectomorph – Thin, very skinny with very little muscle and a fast metabolism
  2. Endomorph – Heavy body with soft, loose flesh and tendency for weight gain
  3. Mesomorph – Strong, muscular body, adds and maintains muscle tissue well

All men and women are not created equal! We come in many different shapes and sizes: long and lean, short and squatty or somewhere in between. To be sure, no two people are exactly alike – not even identical twins! In fact, there are quite a number of factors involved in your individuality and your desire to stay fit and healthy: genetics, personality, level of fitness, blood type, schedule, income availability and astrological sign, to name a few. With this in mind, it’s no wonder that not a single fitness program has worked for everyone, until now!

Having realistic, attainable goals is an extremely important part of our results oriented program. Suggesting that big boned women are going to look like the thin, lean women on typical, mainstream exercise tapes is setting YOU up for failure.
